So while I was trying to remove it the piece that goes into the computer broke, well I guess if I was stuck in something for 7 years I wouldn't want to be moved either. But since I had no issue with this product brand ( even though it had been dropped a few times, and the mouse was left on and the battery still seemed to last forever) I had to go back to Logitech. Very pleased with this one..yet again!
