    Nice size mouse but was defective

    The mouse would turn off after a short time and never come back on automatically. I had to turn the button underneath off then back on to make it work again. Contacted Logitech online and they sent me a new one that works like it is supposed to. Company was very easy and accommodating, no problem to deal with.

    Could not get this mouse to track correctly. Tried several troubleshooting suggestions. I have always purchased Logitech. When I decided to return it, the deadline had passed. Disappointing. I replaced it with Logitech M705. No issues with tracking.

    Bought this mouse for my daughter. It stopped working in less than a month. It worked fine at the beginning and then it kept going out until it stopped working all together.

      That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer.

    The picture did not look like mouse was so small. I will need to return and get another bigger one. I ordered online to save time but did not work out.

    Just stopped working. After a couple of months, the battery no longer connects - changing the battery doesn't fix the problem.

I recommend running the Logitech “Unifying” software to reestablish the connection between the M325 mouse and USB receiver. I have attached a link to the “getting started” support page for the M325 mouse. There is a “downloads” tab with the Unifying software. I also recommend running the “Firmware Update Tool” to ensure you have the latest software updates, and the “Options” software for customization.     This very unreliable - I need to keep turning it off and on as it loses connection with my laptop. I replaced the battery, probably unnecessarily, but it didn't help
