I am impressed with the whole package

The M325 Wireless Optical Mouse fit that bill and came in her favorite color, purple. The unit came with its own battery. The USB dongle is a small footprint and does not stick out significantly beyond the edge of the computer. The unit worked flawlessly. It has an on-off switch so battery power is conserved when not in use. Finally, the packaging was a nice surprise for a bubble pack. There are finger holes and perforations that make opening the package quick and easy without the need for a knife or scissors. Well done, Logitech.

This Wireless Mouse does the Trick

It is my second Logitech M325 mouse (for a second computer, not a replacement.) It is so easy to use - pull the plastic strip to connect the battery, plug in the USB receiver, and your mouse works. Simple as that. The medium size is ideal - I have larger hands and it fits very well. I use these mice on 2 different laptops and they seem just right. For me, on my first mouse, a single AA battery lasts for well over 6 months. I'm very please with quality, price and ease of use.

Perfect Size, Excellent Features

I find it more comfortable to use (even with average size hands), and replaced all of my regular-size mice with the Logitech M325. The size is also great for travel, and I would rather use this mouse than a laptop touch pad. The wireless range is good to at least 15 feet; I never tested it for maximum distance. The scroll wheel can function as three additional buttons, which are easy to program with Logitech's software. The dongle is compact - it sticks out only 1/4" from the USB port, so it stays plugged in when I put my laptop in a backpack or laptop bag. The earlier version of this mouse came with a "unifying" receiver that could support multiple wireless devices (e.g., mouse and keyboard, or even two mice) simultaneously. The current "S" model 325 only comes with a standard receiver, but Logitech still sells the unifying receiver separately at a reasonable price. I re-used the unifying receiver from an older Logitech mouse that I "retired."

It needs replacing about every 5 years, but that is with daily usage. The battery usually lasts about 2 years. I can also use it with either left or right hand when one get stiff or tired.

I haven't used a mouse in years and worried that I would have problems adjusting. This Logitech M325e wireless mouse solved my problem without any issues. It is easy to use (left or right hand) and has an on/off switch to conserve battery. Fits nicely in my hand. The price was very reasonable.

I've been gently using it for over 6 months and there has been no wear and I haven't had to change the batteries yet. I like that there's a compartment for the USB drive so it doesn't get lost.
