I have knocked them off the desk, dropped them and even stepped on one and they are like a Timex ... they keep on ticking.

Unfortunately my first one is in NH and I am here in Florida for the winter....so a trip to Best Buy for a second one was one of the first things we did on arrival. Once you get used to using one, you don't want to be without it.

Had to wait a few minutes for clerk to finish a return. Out the door pretty fast. Works fine. I worry about the single receptacle cover holding up, but so far, so good.
