Unfortunately my first one is in NH and I am here in Florida for the winter....so a trip to Best Buy for a second one was one of the first things we did on arrival. Once you get used to using one, you don't want to be without it.

Had to wait a few minutes for clerk to finish a return. Out the door pretty fast. Works fine. I worry about the single receptacle cover holding up, but so far, so good.

Cheap but works like a champion, bought one for myself and loved it so much I got one for my Mom. The installation was easy just plug in the USB receiver and it works right away no further user intervention. I just love it.
