Our original broke and when we replaced it we Didn't know we needed to put another chip in as our all in one came with 2. One of our grandsons knew what to do.

Quiet enough for my old ex with noise issues didn’t murder me. It is slightly smaller than a normal mouse, but I got used to that and it’s good for biz travel.

I kind of thought the silent click was more of a gimmick however I don't think I've ever heard this mouse click at all. I was absolutely shocked at the quietness of it and the portability which allows it to be moved from computer to computer without any installs. Also the self-contained USB dongle is always a plus.

It is not the smoothest or easiest-to-move scroll wheel on the market, but I liked it. My problem is resting my fingers on the mouse and involuntarily right-clicking... that problem wasn't too bad with this mouse. Right now, this is my second choice in mouse shopping.
