I only bought it as required by Best Buy in order to hold it in my hand and see if it was an appropriate shape and dimension for me. It was not. I immediately requested and received a refund. It took me purchasing three other computer mouse products at Target to get one small enough. They are all for larger hands, causing hand and wrist pain.

Thw mouse is doing its job. Sleek and slender. The only issue is the ease of use.

I didn’t get an opportunity to use it. It was advertised for $21 and once I got it the sticker on the pkg was $9.99. They were not willing to refund me the difference even though it was blatantly marked less. They just offered me a refund so I chose to get a refund.

Its too small so doesn't for the need for regular daily use. If you need something to for in pocket then this is it

Well after less than 5 weeks it stopped working. Changed battery. Still not good. So bought another one.

Didn't connect well and I lost the USB for itm. Wouldn't recommend

It does the job but way too flat. Your hand sits flat on it. Would return but pass the date.

What a wonderful mouse! The logitech m340 wireless mouse is simple, light, and portable. It uses a usb wireless receiver to transmit signal. The top plate of the mouse actually comes off and gives access to the battery and usb dongle. The on and off switch is on the bottom of the mouse. The top plate is magnetic and easily snaps on and off. There are a multitude of different cover plates you can get to fit your style as well. The use is pretty standard and does carry just a bit of input lag, so using for a gaming setup might not be best. It does have a good feel to it, but it is a bit of a different feel to the left and right click, as the clicker is under the top plate and the clicks are not cut out seperate. The scroll wheel works well. Overall, there is not much intricacy to this mouse. It is built well and doesn't feel cheap. It is stylish, and easy to setup. I think this is a great mouse to get for home or office use and with the ability to change the cover plate, makes it well worth the buy

I don't like itstaples has better selection on mice and I ain't used one dang time except for a light

The mouse is a good size easy to setup install and use. It comes with a usb dongle and AA battery. The mouse is plug and play out of the box. Open the top to remove the usb dongle and insert the battery. Plug in the usb, turn on the switch on bottom and it should be good to go. The mouse is a good size and fit which makes is easy for portability with a laptop. It does a regular battery so it can only be so light, but it’s a single battery so it’s not heavy. The mouse works well and smooth with a mouse pad but can be a little jumpy on other surfaces (which may be less advantageous for true portability ). The general movement is clear across the screen and easy to find, even if you are working with multiple monitors. The clicks are quiet like it’s says in the description. The clicks are soft as well. This would be a good mouse for regular desktop use or portable laptop use. I would recommend using with a mousepad if possible. It is a great feature that the usb dongle is storable in the mouse.

Did Not Work Correctly after updating Firefox Browser. Had to go back to using my Old Logitech wireless mouse, the old one was made with Better Quality. The old one also is more comfortable to use. This is Cheap plastic & Cheaply made electronics inside the mouse.

The Logitech M340 is a solid choice if you're someone like me that likes low-profile mice and doesn't want to spend a lot of money on them. While it's not perfect, it's a great option for an inexpensive wireless mouse. Make sure that your laptop or desktop computer can support this, however, because it only uses Logitech's 2.4 GHz wireless technology and not Bluetooth. Setup - While I get why Logitech wants to use a clear clamshell package for retail display, it's not my favorite kind of package to get into. However, the rear of the package has cutouts for pulling the plastic open. Once you get the mouse out of the package, you'll want to lift the top shell by the mouse buttons in order to get underneath it. You'll need to pull a paper tab from the battery and pull the USB receiver from its hole in the mouse itself, then put the buttons back on. Usage - Once the receiver is connected to your computer and the mouse is powered on, you're good to go. It functions like any other ordinary mouse. It prompted me to download the Logi Options+ software, but this isn't required for any additional functionality the mouse would have. The clicks of the left and right buttons are nearly silent, meaning you won't hear yourself click. There is a tactile feel to the buttons, so you'll at least feel the click. For productivity, this is a solid option. You won't want to play any fast-paced games, however, as you may lose track of your finger being up or down on the button. My only complaint? No Bluetooth, Unifying receiver, or Bolt support. Not a huge dealbreaker for a desktop PC or a laptop with multiple USB-A ports, but for people using Macs or newer computers that have more USB-C than USB-A ports on them, this can be a dealbreaker. Still, the M340 is a good option if you want a low-profile wireless mouse that just works.
