The Logitech M500s mouse is one of the best I’ve used. They claim that is very comfortable to use, and that is definitely true. It conforms to my hand very well and the rubbery material they used on the sides of the mouse feel great to the touch. It has 7 customizable buttons that can be programmed by downloading the software from Logitech. They hyper-fast scroll wheel is an added plus. You can use it has a traditional scroll wheel, and when you want enable fast scroll just simply press the button on top to engage it. Great overall mouse.

Every mouse I have ever owned is from Logitech. The first thing that jumps off the page about this mouse is the seven customizable buttons. I have had this feature before but the Logitech option software that you can download is just awesome and easy to navigate. maybe not beginner friendly but still better than any other product out there that offers a similar feature. All I will ever own no matter if I'm gaming or working on the most boring thing on Earth, Logitech is the only peripheral I trust and that I will ever buy.

This mouse takes the little things from all the other Logitech mice that make them good to great and puts them in one package From the ability to do a smooth scroll to changing it to "precision scrolling" at the click of a button. The ability to use the wheel to scroll side to side all the way down to the placement of the forward and back buttons If you like or use Logitech mice this will feel normal to you. Unless you are left handed. Sorry if you are left handed.

Basic features will work just fine naively within Windows 7/10, but you can get some more utility from the device by downloading the “Logitech Options” software if you choose. Somewhat frustrating, as I already have Logitech G-Hub installed, but can’t configure this particular mouse from that app, unless I’m missing something? Anyway, the mouse has a nice feel in the hand and a is tad on the lighter side in the weight category. I like the minimalist packing - no bulk, just what appears to be a decent logi product. One thing I must suggest when purchasing anything Logitech at Best Buy, opt in the extra few bucks for the Geek Squad accident protection on anything you would consider a “wear” type item. I usually don’t - but will do so proceeding forward; as the Logitech warranty return/replacement process is arduous. Not to deter, just to educate.

The mouse feels very comfortable. It has a smooth and fast scrolling wheel. The testing position for the hand feels good. Even though the mouse looks big, it feels quite good for my medium size band.

this solved a connection problem with my 6 year old Mac.Plus I like the design in my hand.

My eight year old is distance learning and with all the other chaos in our home the wireless mouse that we tried to give him only caused tears when it was lost (every day). This stays tethered to his chrome book and he says it’s “super comfortable” even for his little hand.

Run off the page problem ceased. But no manual to program mouse in package or on line. A Big deficit.

Scroll wheel feels kind of loose, which I didn't like. Main issue, as pointed out by other reviewers, was that the scroll wheel click function ("middle button") only worked sporadically. Dealbreaker. Am returning it.

Been spotty, does not respond well, mouse pointer moves around the screen randomly at times, and as of today now the wheel in the center has become clunky and unresponsive half the time. Also, side grip for finger comfort started shredding within 36 hours of owning it. Worst logitech mouse i have ever had. If I could get a replacement receiver for my mx5000 series, i would go back to that, even with it being outdated, because at least it was precise
