    I purchased the mouse for a new laptop within 30 days it quit working. Took back to Best Buy was informed that because it was older than 14 days I needed to go through the manufacturer for replacement. Next purchase will be online through manufacturer as Best Buy brought no value to this experience.

    I purchased this for my laptop. Have not had to open it until now, and wouldn’t you know it, it doesn’t work. Still brand new and in the package. Tried a set of new batteries and it still will not work.

    The 510 Mouse has a very loose scrolling wheel. Its hard to accurately scroll with the scrolling wheel.

    bought the mouse online and when i got it it didn't work.I tried changing the batteries and it still wouldn't work so i bought a mouse from walmart that did work.i didn't return it because i didn't have the time but got to say iwas diasappointed with the purchase.

    For some reason this mouse has stopped working. It comes on, but it's not being detected by computers. I suspect it's the USB receiver. The cap to the receiver came off while I was trying to pull it out of my computer. Luckily, my hands are small. Otherwise I don't think I would have ever gotten it out without tools.
