Very easy to set up and use. Just take the controller that is stored inside the mouse and plug it in to your USB port on your computer, and you are good to go. Scroll wheel also moves left and right. Two buttons on top of mouse, plus two more next to your thumb lets you customize the mouse how you want to use it.

Syncs well with Logitech keyboard and is very comfortable

This is the third mouse I have purchased. The first one died after 3 or 4 years of use 8/hours a day for work. I bought another for my home computer and a replacement for my work computer. I really like the ergonomics of this mouse, it just fits my hand perfectly.

I bought this mouse to replace the exact same model that I bought and have used it for the last 8 years! I never had an issue with it. So, it began to get a little gray in the beard, so I purchased a new one! If you need a rock-solid mouse.. this is the one for you!

When I saw a different color I decided to buy it. I have a couple of gray ones but when you have them next to each other (when using the laptop at home) it's easy to mix them up but now I have a blue one at home and a gray one for work. I like them. It's a good comfortable design. My only criticism is that they don't come in more colors!

This mouse is one of the biggest ones I’ve used. It fits my hand just right and doesn’t get fatigued after 8 + hours of use.

To update my previous review: The old M510 which programmed with SetPoint was a laser mouse. This one which programs with Logitech Options is NOT a laser mouse. It is an LED mouse. Tracking is not as precise as the laser, but does not suffer from dust interfering with tracking. I don't understand why Logitech couldn't make this model to work with SetPoint like the laser mouse. Again, if you just need a good mouse with basic buttons, this is the one, but you won't get the old programmability.

I use it on my computer for general computing tasks & light gaming. I picked it because I have had good luck with the brand, its a full size mouse. it can be used with either hand (I am ambidextrous so I want a mouse that is too) and has forward/back buttons. I do wish that it had the buttons separated one on each side of the mouse as the mouse it replaced did.

Perfect size for both my larger hand and my wife's smaller hand. Compact/laptop mice just don't have the fit we like. I have had an M510 for about a year, and love it. The mouse that came with my wife's Logitech wireless combo was too small for her so we replaced it with the M510 - and with the Unifying system, it synced with the existing receiver immediately.
