Though at home I now mostly rely on a logitech trackball instead of standard mouse to minimize wrist fatigue, I'd used this model of mouse since before purchasing this unit as a fresh replacement. The particular unit here is kept mostly as an alternate now but were it not for wrist fatigue over long use with any mouse would still be the only one. Using a Logitech unifying receiver gives it and all other supported devices the flexibility to be paired at will. This comes in handy if a receiver is lost (Logitech sells replacement receivers for $10 apiece as of the one time I had to avail of that option). Otherwise the mouse itself is all around solid, with good laser tracking and battery life of some months with a pair of AA batteries (varying on use and extendable with the use of the off switch on the underside when not in use). The grip is symmetrical and comfortable with rubberized thumb guides on either side. Additional buttons aside from the basic R/L click aren't ambidextrous though as the forward/back buttons are only on the RH side in easy reach of the right thumb used right-handed.

One of the best mouses I've used in a while. It's very comfortable and easy to use. I work on the computer for about 12 hours outta the day. Some mouses start to hurt your wrist. This one is pretty easy on the wrist. I like cause it has forward and back buttons on the side make it easier instead actually having to click screen. Battery last for ever, just make sure you turn it off when not using.

I purchased this wireless mouse along with a new Laptop. It has been effortless to use and works well with my new machine. It is comfortable to use/hold, even for long periods and can be used with or without a mouse pad. I typically use it by sliding it over the arm of my easy-chair! Good choice and a very good product.

I love this little guy!!! The mouse is very comfortable, can use it just about anywhere there is a semi-flat surface, extremely economical with it's battery (have yet to change the battery out and I've been using this thing daily for well over a year). Have yet to take advantage of all it's available features though but am very curious to try them all out. I think this thing was/is a great value for the price.

I have one of these on four different computers in the house. Never had an issue, and a good size for my somewhat large hand. Don't think I've ever had to replace the batteries yet in over several years of daily use.

I love this wireless mouse! I have had other wireless mice. This logitec M510 is the cats meow. First of all it is very comfortable. Secondly, it has a nice weight and does not feel cheap or flimsy. Third, there is a very rich feature set for programmable buttons. Lastly, the battery life is very long lasting and it just works! Very happy with this purchase!

I use this mouse every day at work, on my primary computer and it's extremely comfortable and responsive. I really enjoy the side button for browsing back and forward. I tried a much more expensive mouse, but this one works better, is more comfortable, and the battery lasts longer. I use this for graphic design and it works great.

Works very well, surprisingly so for a cordless. Power switch helps maintain longer battery life. Batteries last a very long time with heavy daily use even with forgetting to turn the mouse off many nights. Comfortable to use as well. USB adapter is very small and a single one being usable with multiple Logitech devices is very handy.

The Logitech M510 Wireless Laser Mouse has been performing well for me for month or so now. I use it with a laptop for work. No mouse pointer jumping around on the screen. No issues with connectivity between mouse and dongle. Comfortable to use. Overall, a solid inexpensive wireless mouse.

I got this when my old wireless mouse died, to see how it went. If it wasn't up to par I was going to order a vertical mouse, which I'd used previously to help with wrist problems. I've been pleasantly surprised with this mouse. I still got the vertical mouse, but it's too big to carry around to meetings, so I use this for that purpose. Quite happy with it!

This mouse is the size of the old style mouse. It works well. I would recommend it for the person with bigger hands or is more comfortable with the old style. Plus the folks at the Deptford, NJ store are wonderful. they worked me through the process of curbside pickup and return with no problems

Overall, the lifespan of this mouse seems to be great. The case and all buttons are very rigid and seem to be able to withstand moderate abuse. I have already dropped this mouse on accident a couple of times with absolutely no physical or electronic malfunctions. Battery life so far seems to live up to the expectations on the box. In the time I have used this mouse, I would have probably had to replace batteries in my old Microsoft mouse 2-3 times. The design of the mouse is very intuitive. The buttons are well placed for easy use, though it could be argued this mouse could use a few more. Still, it is not a "gaming" mouse per say, so this can be expected. It has, however, really helped me in my games, from switching weapons to steering in vehicles, the placement of the buttons facilitates better gaming performance. As a few last words, it was easy to connect to my computer, instructions were well written in case one would come upon any issues. Overall, this is an excellent addition for any computer.

Very easy to set-up & comfortable to use. Not the most compact sized unit but I knew that beforehand & still bought it as I wanted a wireless mouse that felt more comfortable in my hand when using for an extended period of time. I did use a smaller wireless mouse but your hand gets sore afterwhile.

I use this mouse for my office job and love it. I was using a cheap Logitech M185 laptop mouse before this, so this is definitely a step up. This mouse feels well built and has a decent amount of features for the price. The customizable buttons are great as I do a lot of document editing for work and the rubber sides are a nice touch. I have the thumb buttons set to copy and paste, scroll wheel right set to undo, scroll wheel left set to redo, and scroll wheel click set to cut. I like that the mouse has a power saving setting, where it will go into sleep mode after a few minutes of inactivity. The 2-3 year battery life is also great. Time will tell if the batteries actually last that long since I use it for 8+ hours a day, 5-6 days a week. If you're looking for a good general use mouse with some features for the home or office this is a good pick. If you are looking for a gaming mouse I would probably look elsewhere.

Anyone who has used a laptop with the touchpad, knows how big a pain they can sometimes be. Especially when they are super sensitive. To me, a mouse is mandatory equipment. Logitech makes a great product and I have 4 of them. SImply plug in the USB receiver and install the batteries and you are in business. Battery life is great and scrolling is easy.

I bought this mouse to replace an old Logitech mouse that had dropped too many times and stopped working. This works very well and the feel in your hand is very comfortable. The only thing I would change is the scroll wheel. It is a little to easy to scroll and would be better if it had a little more resistance. Other than that, this is a very good mouse.

This is my favorite mouse! I have 3 of them. The battery lasts for years, the tracking and accuracy are great for every day tasks and it's small enough for a laptop bag and big enough for desktop use! I use it for gaming, but it may not be good for serious gaming. It has no dpi control. However, for everyday computer tasks, highly recommended!

I use my wireless mouse every day as a student. The USB insert that plugs into my laptop is small enough that I can leave it plugged in constantly without it catching on things. The mouse is very comfortable, and the feature of being able to press forward and back buttons while in an internet browser has been convenient as well.

The mouse is perfect. There is nothing wrong with it! The wireless USB is so convenient't and the mouse hasn't glitches or acted up at all! It feels like it's made well and it's heavy enough that it feels comfortable but light enough that it isnt an inconvenience. I definitely would recommend this as it is a great price and is super nice!

Computer mice are generally a personal choice. You try them out and see which one fits your hand and offers the features you'd like ...but mostly it's the ergonomics that win over the choice. For me, it was the ergonomics; the M510 is the right size for my hand. It seems a bit larger ...longer in length ...than the other Logitech selections offered at my local BestBuy. Rather than being plump and bulbous the M510 is sleeker and longer ...my hand rests comfortably on the back part of the mouse and the click "buttons" and scroll wheel fall perfectly under my finger tips. The scroll wheel, through the Logitech "control center" software you download, will function in either direction; you can select which way to spin the wheel in order to scroll down depending on which way makes sense to you ....some folks are uppies and some are downies. The M510 does not work on glass topped desks or on mirrors ...which for me was not a factor. I have always purchased Logitech mice for my computing needs. Logitech offers the widest selection; I can always find the type, style and price point. The M510 continues the trend and I am very happy with it's form and function.
