I brought to Shady Grove Road, Gaithersburg, MD for repair. Hazel, the front desk said I had to make an appointment. I didn’t give up and asked Andy if he could help me to fix it. He tried his best to help me and asked Ron Basso too. I just want to thank Andy for his sincere urgency and kindness to get my laptop fixed because I needed the laptop the next day badly. These kind of employees (Andy and Ron Basso) are precious to the company, especially Andy, and I just hope that Best Buy acknowledges them. Thank you again!! Jason
