The scroll bar makes it so much easier to scroll up and down than having to keep the mouse pointed to a small arrow or within a narrow scroll bar. The mouse can be turned off by a switch on the bottom, and it is also easy to change the batteries.

It is great for the office and great for working from home. Fits comfortables in medium-sized hands. Large hands might find it a tad small, no tests to confirm that. Battery life lasts a long time with this mouse.
