Great wireless mouse

Disappointed

I had 2 that both were non-functional after moving it a few seconds. I returned the first one to get another, but the second had the same issue. Maybe it was from a bad lot.

Posted .Hello, I am so sorry to hear you received two bad mice. The mouse may need a firmware update in order to function. Here is the link in order to do that: https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/keyboards/FirmwareUpdateTool_2.6.201219_x64.exe. If that does not work, it comes with a 3 year warranty through Logitech, so please let us replace that for you.
