I am sorry that you are not happy with your new Logitech mouse. The M510 is among Logitech's baseline products, and it has a standard design that is not going to provide extra comfort for prolonged use. I think you would benefit much more from the M705 Marathon. This mouse is ergonomically designed for prolonged use time, and I believe this is more in tune with your needs.

Support has nice images on the website but no direct contact. I can not adjust the scroll wheel sensitivity. It is impossible to scroll smoothly. I am about ready to throw it.
