Logitech - M510 Wireless Laser Mouse

No I do not want buy other, I always buy Logitech before but I think this one is my last. I do not have time for dealing with bad product.

Posted .Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with your M510 mouse. Your mouse sensitivity can be manually edited inside your computer settings, which should solve the slow cursor problem. With regards to it freezing and not moving correctly, this could either be caused by the surface you're using the mouse on or possibly an improperly seated USB receiver.

Needed new mouse - meh

I went with this for the back and forwards buttons. Eats batteries, 2, pretty quick. But the extra buttons are nice, just need to get used to them. Oh, and it's big and blocky...

Terrible wireless mouse

It regularly freezes and jumps around on the screen. I am using it with a Logitech unifying receiver that is less than two feet away. Logitech, I am sorely disappointed in this device.

Good Product

I don't get the customized button controls on the mac, that the Windows software appears to have, but overall a very good product. Loses one star for lack of mac customizing software.

The M510 works fine but doesn't have the precise feel of the M705. Working at a computer more than a couple hours per day, the mouse and keyboard really make a difference.

Broken After Four Months Use

I don't know of an indestructible one do you? But still it was a disappointing experience.

Not as good as my old mouse

It's not as responsive, doesn't double click correctly even when I decrease the speed in control panel.... Like the back page forward page buttons though...

Not what I was hoping for...

I purchased it to use at Church, but it is giving me a lot of issues after just two months. It stops working in the middle of a work session. Swapped in some fresh batteries, made sure the USB receiver was plugged in and within a couple feet of the mouse, still the same issue. Ended up using another older wireless mouse which worked well. Have a hard time recommending this one for future use.

Posted .Hi Robert, Very sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the M510 Wireless Laser Mouse. It sounds like you're experiencing some connection issues which could be caused by having other electrical devices too close to the receiver. Also try using a different USB port, making sure that it's front facing and not a USB 3.0 one. If you have the receiver plugged into USB Hub, then this could be another reason for the spotty connection and erratic behavior. If none of these things are the case, then, thankfully, this mouse does come with a 3-year limited hardware warranty.
