Lasted less than 30 days

Took back to Best Buy was informed that because it was older than 14 days I needed to go through the manufacturer for replacement. Next purchase will be online through manufacturer as Best Buy brought no value to this experience.

Stopped working after 3 months.

I tried to go through the trouble shooting guide but it did not help either. Whenever I plug it in to my desktop or laptop, it freezes the sytsem and I need to restart the computer.

Best mouse for general use I've ever owned.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So to start, I bought this mouse about 11 years ago, and after replacing the battery a handful of times, this mouse still serves me well in my day to day life. It is also probably one of the most rugged mice I have had. I have dropped it more than a few times, a couple of those times down a flight of stairs, into a puddle, into the washer, and once down multiple flights of stairs. It still works just fine, albeit maybe the scroll wheel is a little wobbly. This is the best value mouse I could ever recommend, as well as one of the most comfortable I have ever used, as it has a decent weight to it, but not enough to feel like you are scrolling around with a brick. I use mine as a daily driver for work and personal use. Hands down, I would continue buying this mouse.

replaced twice

The first mouse did not have a warranty, so I replaced it with the same one. Second mouse same problem. The third mouse I got a Microsoft wireless. This one feels better and built better.
