Stopped working

I suspect it's the USB receiver. The cap to the receiver came off while I was trying to pull it out of my computer. Luckily, my hands are small. Otherwise I don't think I would have ever gotten it out without tools.

They used to have terrific support. When this item failed after several attempts to contact support they finally said they would replace it but no replacement arrived. I then purchased a new one.
