Look the mouse it work right out of the box no need to pair it with the fob. Very convertible in the hand.

It's hard to control thus mouse and I would not recommend to ston anyone. Already returned the first one thinking it was defective.

This mouse is not a very good wireless device. This mouse needs a smooth flat surface. MIGHT AS WELL USE A WIRED MOUSE. Money would be better spent on the Anywhere Mouse.

Worked great for about a month and half then died. Very upset I did like it but not worth the money to buy again so did not replace.

I bought it in November and it stopped working in Feb , replaced batteries , did everything and it's just a waste of money

Purchased on May 1, 2012. I purchased Logitech wireless mouse and Logitech wireless solar keyboard. Setup was simple. Have a unifying receiver is good for more than one device. Up to 6 devices. I simply use a hdmi cable to connect my laptop to my Sony Bravia 32 inch television for a bigger picture. I can surf the internet in my recliner. Logitech is a quality company that does not have a lot of problems with their products. I have not contacted tech support for any reason so far. Enjoy my wireless mouse and wireless solar keyboard. Keyboard is solar and does not require batteries. Mouse requires only 2 AA batteries.

Scroll button didn't scroll all of the time. This is the first time I have had a bad product from Logitech.

I love the design, don't need to program a bunch of things as this is a multi-purpose mouse, not a gaming mouse... Works well whenever I use it, easily turn it on and off, and love using it instead of a touchpad...Had to adjust the mouse movement settings, but that was simple enough to make it more user friendly. I bought one for home use, one for work, and going to buy one for my parents if that says anything... They are plug-and-play, so there shouldn't be need for software unless it's time to get a new computer ; ) - worst case scenario, you should just need to re-start your computer once the USB adapter is inserted and the mouse turned on... Only gripe is that the movement gets choppy when the mouse is more than 10' away from the USB receiver...other than that, I'm perfectly happy!

I have been using this at work and at home for about a month now. The battery life is holding up very well, especially considering how much I use it. I use it in the upwards of at least 9 to 10 hours a day total between work and home. I love the forward and backward side keys and the left to right scroll. Overall this mouse is the best I've ever used.

This mouse installed easily and was a snap to program the buttons. It's nice to have 2 right on the side under my thumb programmed to page forward and back when on the internet. The scroll wheel also is a button and also will sideways scroll -- very handy. After using it daily for the past year I just now needed to change the double A batteries.

The mouse doesn't work after four months.The USB connecting is not work. My computer can't recognize it.

after 4 months of use, the left button has been unreliable.

I wanted to get a cordless mouse to go with my laptop purchase. I didn't care for the typical micro-mice because I have larger hands. This mouse conforms nicely to my longer hands keeping all buttons and controls under my finger tips. Tracking has been accurate, and the on/off switch helps preserve battery like (as long as you remember to turn it off). I also like that it comes with a receiver that works with the Logitech cordless keyboards. Now when I go to replace the keyboard on my desktop computer, I'll be able to share this mouse between my two computers.

This is my 2nd one of this model. Not impressed at all. Look for another one instead.

Actually bought somewhere else because sale price was better. But mouse is nice. Full size ad fits hand well. Optical mouse but without bright blinding red laser light underneath which is nice when moving from meeting to meeting at work. Full size mouse is a little heavy than others I've used (2 AA batter instead of 1 part of that). Side buttons work as Forward / Back on webpages, but not Excel. Online support shows you how to change it to work for Excel but becomes key stroke ctrl+pgeup / dwn which makes you change windows / tabs, but then internet site forward/back disabled. I use excel function more so I kept it programmed as keystroke but would have been nice to have it work as it advertises on the box without the work around. 4 starts overall. Negatives are the side buttons and weight but would recommend.

The side buttons do not work. Have not had time to return.
