None Repondsive

The Logitech mouse and my Microsoft wired keyboard became none responsive. Neither the mouse or keyboard would work. I had to manually shutdown the computer and restart it. I thought my computer was failing until I uninstalled this mouse.

Posted .Hello Greg, Very sorry to hear about the issues you had with your computer not responding when you used the M510 Wireless Mouse. When you first plug in the USB Unifying Receiver for the M510, it doesn't install software, but installs the driver. This USB receiver should be plugged into a USB 2.0 port, preferably on your computer and not a hub or KVM switch. If you have it plugged into a hub or a USB 3.0 port, this could explain the erratic operation. Has a problem.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked okay for a while, now whenever there is a restart the programmable functions stop working and the "mouse and keyboard" tab is missing on the Logitech Setpoint pop up window. In order to get it back I have to reinstall the software, reconfigure the mouse settings and then the next time I do a restart of the computer the same problem occurs and I have to do it all over again. Looked online and apparently this is a common problem for many, many users. Am running Windows10. A waste of money and time.
