This mouse was the worst. It stopped working less than a year in and when it did work it would constantly disconnect from my laptop.

      HI Arlene,
Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your mouse. Here are possible solutions:
If your mouse is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and Unifying USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your mouse and is turned on. Make sure the Unifying USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on. Finally, download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website.

I was disappointed because it is not very responsive. Easy to synch to computer but probably wouldn't buy again. The sales associate recommended it so expected it to equal my former Microsoft wireless mouse.

I purchased this product once an it kept losing connectivity to the laptop. It was a bear to remove! Not sure why as it is pretty simple to remove a Bluetooth device. I returned the mouse and got a another mouse that ended up not fitting my hand well, so I returned it too. I thought that perhaps the first choice was a fluke and I purchased the Logitech M535 a second time. The second one kept losing connectivity to the laptop over and over. I returned it again and will not make that mistake again. Save yourself some frustration and do not purchase this mouse!

Blue tooth connection is spotty. Put laptop to sleep and when I wake up the laptop and will have to re-connect the mouse. Annoying ... Sometime I have to remove the mouse bluetooth device list altogether and reload the driver again to wake up the mouse. Just not reliable. When it is working, it works very well.

Bought this mouse to use on my Mac which has a Boot Camp partition that allows me to run Windows 10. The mouse works flawlessly on the Mac partition, and while Windows shows the device “connected” and “paired” with Windows, it does not respond to any manipulations. I have spent several hours with tech support from LogiTech,Microsoft, and Apple trying to get the thing to work. It does not work

Great while it lasted, which was less than a year. Went wonky, with mouse pointer jumping all over the place. Tried cleaning contacts, resetting connection, ended up replacing it and going back to an older model.

Hello, Very sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the M535 Mouse. It sounds like the pointer issues you're experiencing could be due to a needed firmware update for the mouse. You can download Logitech's Options software which can facilitate that for you and will also allow you to customize mouse buttons and scrolling settings. Here's a link to the download:  https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024851353--Downloads-M535-Bluetooth-Mouse. Hope that you found this helpful and that all is going well. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. - Richard from Logitech
