    My daughter purchased this mouse to connect to the MacBook Air. It would not work at all.

    Very disappointing, it was very hard to connect to my Apple, and even after it was connected it would not stay connected.

    Was looking for a Bluetooth mouse, thought this one would do it. NOPE... It looses it's connection to my laptop after about 5 minutes, once in a while lasting to about 7 minutes, doesn't matter how close the mouse is to the PC. Then it seems to freeze up everything... Went back to my old cable mouse.

    Did not like this mouse. The pointer constantly got lost. It took several minutes to remember itself. I'm probably doing something wrong, but life is short. I returned it and bought a Microsoft 4000 mouse.

    Same as the keyboard, the mouse wouldn't pair with my laptop. Even a Tech guy couldn't get it to work.

    I researched this mouse prior to purchase and then bought it on sale at my local BB store. When I got it home and switched it on, the light on the bottom of the mouse did not light up and it didn't sync with my laptop. I replaced the battery with a new one...still didn't work. Returned it and bought a Microsoft mouse for a couple dollars more that works fine.

    I don't know if I should rank this item. I couldn't get it to work with my computer. I have an identical one that does work. This is the first time I have purchased a product from Best Buy that didn't work as expected.

      If your mouse is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and Unifying USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your mouse and is turned on. Make sure the Unifying USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on. Finally, download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website.

    Lags and skips constantly

    Unfortunately this mouse lags and skips way too often for me to use regularly. I was hoping to save a port on my laptop by using a Bluetooth mouse instead of one with a receiver, but I've switched back to my other mouse. I guess at $10 I got what I paid for.. Please don't pay full price.

    My mouse is constantly losing connection. I can't finish an entire class session with it connected, (I have a Macbook Pro, newer model) I thought it would be good and a fair priced, but unfortunately it is not.

      Hi Frank, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the M535 Bluetooth Optical Mouse. The battery life for the M535 is about 18 months depending on use, settings, and work environment. I'm sure that you may have already changed the battery, but I'd be remissed not to point out the obvious. What may also help is to update the firmware which you can do simply by using Logitech's Options software. Also, Logitech does have a variety of mice that fit people like yourself with larger hands.     I had a sales rep assist me with my purchase. The product did not work with my iPad. I had to return it. I explained the issue. The manager was going to make sure all staff were educated that this product does not work with an iPad. I appreciated that.

    It was working but now is not working. The bulb does not light up. Using a new battery does not solve the problem. It was bought in December and in now in February is useless!

    The mouse would work on and off. Sometimes it is unresponsive and I have to shake it several times to make it work.
