I wanted to try a trackball mouse when I started having shoulder problems. It had to be wireless. Now that I have adjusted to it I will never go back to a standard mouse. And, no more shoulder problems!

I bought this mouse together with a new ergonomic keyboard in an attempt to upgrade my computer practices. The mouse is very cool looking and works well. However, it forces you to use the ball with your big finger to guide the mouse arrow on your screen instead of moving the entire mouse/hand. This has the advantage that you have considerably less tension in your arm and more efficiency in multitasking clicks. The disadvantage is tough that it takes some time to get comfortable with the new moves and that you have considerably less precision in the very fine movements. So if you have to use your mouse to draw curves or get quickly to a very precise position, you might have some trouble getting it right for a while. Otherwise, all is good. You might even navigate the internet a little faster thanks to the buttons on the edge of the mouse. Enjoy!

No need for a mouse pad is great! Ability to place mouse anywhere and use is priceless. Best thing is that my wrist no longer hurts when using this mouse.

To be totally honest, I really don’t like using Trackballs. But the only thing I like less is using the touchpad on my laptop. So I got this to make using the laptop a little easier when I don’t have the room to use my mouse. For that, it is definitely a huge step up from the touchpad. Good response, and easy to use. Good basic Trackball. It does exactly what I got it for, so I gladly give it 5 stars.

Works flawlessly. This is our second trackball mouse from Logitech and lives up to their reputation. Setup was very easy and works with no lag which is great from a wireless setup.

This is the second Logitech trackball mouse that I've bought recently. It worked so well with my personal laptop that I had to get another one when my new job gave me a new laptop.

Wireless - Check, Easy - Check, Awesome - Triple Check!!! I use my mouse a lot on 2 separate large screens so I was constantly moving around all over the place. This track ball allows me to quickly navigate back and forth between screens precisely and accurately without moving my wrist all over the place! What a life (wrist) saver! and being Wireless is the Cherry on top. Get this mouse and you will love life....

I’ve used a trackman marble for years, and had been using a no-name wireless optical mouse w/ wheel but ran across this wireless trackball mouse after looking at other Logitech devices for a possible upgrade. Last one on the shelf for a great price. So much better not moving my wrist around again and w/o a cord as well. So happy with this Logitech product!

Great mouse, easy install! Feels great in your hand!

I was a bit hesitant on purchasing this mouse, since I've never used the trackball type before. Best purchase ever!!!! I love this thing, I use my mouse multiple times a day for hours and hours and its great!!! My hand doesn't cramp or anything like it does with a normal mouse after long hours of use. Its a small learning curve to get used to it, but less than a week and you wont even notice the change!! Works great not only for work but for gaming too!

Don't need space to chase around on your desk or table. Take your laptop to the couch with this, easier to navigate around the screen instead of fighting with a goofy touch pad on the laptop!! Doesn't take long to train your thumb, your two fingers already know what to do.. Assignable buttons, quit using regular mice on all of my computers for over ten years. One AA battery lasts for a long time, receiver is tiny no need to ever take it out of an open USB port. Only gripe, the scroll wheel should be a fly wheel with smoother detented scroll.

I love the Logitech trackball, I have had several over many years. The wireless feature is very handy. My only issue is that they seem to get dirty inside and try as I might, I can't clean it well enough. This is after years of use.

Purchased in store - at first they tried to charge us $10 more than the online price but ultimately honored it. As for the product itself it is excellent. Easy to configure and get setup. The trackball was a little rough initially but after a couple of days became smooth and easy to use. I have an earlier model in another computer - probably had it for 10years! I hope this one works as well as that one for as long into the future.

I prefer a track ball. I find it more ergonomic, it takes less space, and I don't have to pick it up and recenter it. The Logitech M570 is the best value; it has multiple buttons allowing customization, the wheel is adjustable and will scroll left/right and up/down. And it runs the unifying software. this allows you to mate your keyboard and mouse at work as well as the set you keep at home.

This mouse is awesome. You dont need a lot of room for this mouse because it has the track ball and wireless. Just a warning though if you have not used this kind of mouse, it has a learning curve.

My wife has had surgery for Carpel Tunnel syndrome and she started using trackballs vs. mice for a few years. She wanted an inexpensive trackball that could be taken to school with her to leave on her desk and should it disappear, it wouldn't hurt the pocket book to purchase a new one. Does a great job, accurate, and feel really good in her hands.

I travel all the time, and on an airplane or anywhere that there is limited space a trackball makes everything easier. Have been using these for years and definitely the besst trackball I have found

My friend had one of these and I swore I would never use a trackball mouse. After trying his I had to go out and get one, it's so much easier on my hands and can be used anywhere, it's great!

This is my favorite mouse! I love the wireless option and once you become used to using the ball with your thumb, I don't think you will ever go back to a conventional mouse. This is the 3rd or 4th one that I have purchased. You came move the cursor around quickly with your thumb without having to run the mouse around on the desk.

Works great, I needed a mouse that I didn't have to move, I use three of these in a row. I can go from one computer to the next and not have to worry about moving the mice all over my desk.
