We purchased these with laptops to home school our children. They are teenagers and their hands fit perfectly on the mouse and they took to using the thumb operated trackball very easily. No more moving your hand and arm to point the cursor. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I am doing this review as if my wife is doing the talking. Unfortunately, I don't agree with her, big shocker there, but I bought this for her, so here is HER words. Since both of us are constantly on our laptops each morning, she always complained about her wrist swelling and becoming sore, from using, what I refer to as a normal mouse. You know what I mean, a NORMAL mouse. She tried this trackball type in our local Best Buy store years ago, so I purchased one for her. She loved it. She had it for years, until like her beloved Toshiba, it finally died. When I bought her her new MacBook Air, I bought her the same Logitech Trackball mouse that she so dearly loves. Needless to say, she is happy with it and everyone knows that a happy wife = a happy life. So be it. Personally, I'm an old-school 'mouse' guy and I just don't feel comfortable using this mouse. But then again, these are my 'wife's words' for this purchase. I say, try it out before you buy.

I love using these because of tendonitis in my wrist. The buttons do wear out, though, after about 9 months of good gaming use. The battery lasts about the same amount of time, even keeping it on instead of turning it off.

Excellent trackball wireless mouse. Long battery life as it sleeps when not used wakes with a touch.

The mouse allows your wrist to rest. The roller ball contacts are easy to clean when dust collects on them. The battery life is phenominal.

This mouse is a very good tool to used , it make your work so easy. I am a mouse person and I will always used one. my family also used it. Alonzo

It's the usual logitech build and works well, getting used to trackball functions and enjoys not moving mouse around on pads

This is a great trackball - using the thumb to move the ball works very well for me. I have two now and they work really well and consistently.

It has several useful features, is very comfortable, easy setup, and is just all-around a great mouse. I would highly recommend this mouse to anyone.

This is a great trackball. I now have one for each of my computers, as I am not a fan of the mouse.

If you have minimally space on your desk this is the best mouse for you. Operates by a track ball controlled by your thumb.

I have purchased 3 of these in the past 4 years. I need 2 as I use one I keep in my travel laptop bag and one for using a laptop on the couch. The third one was to replace 1 of the first 2 that broke. I blame the several falls off the couch it had in the past years. These mice are ideal for anyone who does not like to use the touchpad on their laptop. That is not convenient at all for me. It takes a while to get used to the first time you use a trackball, but know I can even play first person shooters with it (not as good as using a gaming mouse, but still good enough for when I travel). It also is a must for my Acer chromebook that I modified the firmware and installed ubuntu on, because the touchpad wont work and you need a usb mouse. When sitting on the couch especially, having this on your side and not having to move the mouse, just the trackball on top is amazing. I also love the logitech unifying receivers as all the computers in the house have one that works with all the mice and keyboards in the house. As soon as the second one stopped working after several falls, I had to order another almost immediately.

Mouse works perfectly. The ball seems like it wants to drag just a little bit every now and again, but overall not noticeable. Much more comfortable when compared to a traditional mouse, and it's great for small spaces where you don't have the room to let the mouse move around. WorkED on my Apple devices; that is, until I upgraded to El Capitan. I remember Logitech mice had problems functioning on Apple products a few years back when a new OS was released but they eventually fixed it, I imagine the same will eventually happen here.

Love my trackball mouse, I bought this one to replaced the old one that I've had over 5 years. Easy to use and really support your wrist.

I have been using thumb based trackball controls for over 15 yrs and swear by them because of their precise control and no need for a mouse pad. You can use this wireless trackball in very confined spaces like on a bus, plane, train by placing it on your lap or any stable location. This trackball wireless connected in an instant with my Windows 10 laptop. Also, for games, this trackball works just great when combined with keyboard controls without the need for a fancy game controller...

For 2 decades, i have only used trackballs - never a mouse. This is my opreffered trackball because it is ergonomic. Aids me in typing faster.

This is a great track ball. You either love track balls or hate them but I love them and this one is ergonomically great. Your hand can rest on the body and your thumb can easily manipulate the track ball. The scroll wheel as well as the right and left "click" buttons are right there under your fingers and are easy to use. Once you get used to it, I think it is easier to a move the cursor, select, scroll, etc. than a mouse - optical or otherwise -and the unit stays in place on the desk.

Excellent tool. Comfortable and easy to use. The online shopping and pick it up at the store was very convenient and easy.

This product is great to play online games, watching movies and TV shows, and a really good product to use if you have mild wrist aches.

I use the Logitech - M570 Wireless Trackball Mouse at work. Now I have one for my home. Not having to mess with the wire makes life easier.
