I came across using a track ball for work about two years ago and haven't looked back. Also I am a huge pc gamer, for my work pc I use this mouse. I work in IT and didn't realize how much my wrist was moving until I started using this. I also saves seconds on mouse moving since now your only moving your thumb instead of your whole wrist. It did take me some time for the adjustment but after I did, it feels pretty natural.

I would rate the Logitech M570 Wireless Trackball Mouse the second best trackball mouse on the market. I have rheumatoid arthritis; so, a design that's easy on the joints is a first concern. This device saves on the wrist because I'm not constantly moving the device around on the table to steer the cursor. If you do not have arthritis; but, you're looking to keep the fatigue on your hand, wrist, and fingers to a minimum, this is a great product. Makes a big difference. If you have arthritis, you may want to consider getting the Expert Mouse by Kensington. Kensington's trackball is located in the center of the frame which allows the thumb to be used for clicking through documents leaving one or all of the remaining fingers available to move the trackball. I find a center trackball to be a little easier on my fingers ─ my preference. The Logitech is considerably less money than Kensington's Expert Mouse; so, it's a good value for the money. I trade off between the two of them; but, use the Kensington the most.

I was looking for a gaming mouse that I could place on the arm of a chair. This performs flawlessly! No need to drag it around on a hard surface! It took about 20 minutes to get used to using it after many years of using an optical mouse, but I really like it. I bought a second one for office use for a family member with carpal tunnel issues. She is very pleased with it, as well!

I discoved this type of mouse at a friend's house many years ago. I have made it a point of getting one (or a version of it) at my office jobs ever since. Added bonus: tends to keep others off your computer if they aren't familiar with it! Finally bought this one for home use with my laptop. Needless to say, I love this mouse!

This is a great product. It may feel odd initially, however, once you get used to of it, this is the best product.

Used a trackball years ago and for some unknown reason, I quit using one. My hand was starting to bother me when using a mouse so I decided to try the trackball again. It helped, took a little bit to get used to it again, but it has helped my hand and wrist greatly. Great product, easy on batteries, buttons are located in the right places, overall really nice.

This trackball is awesome... Not sure how it works for a lefty but is awesome for a right hander... So comfortable and we'll designed.... Spend the cash and get it...

I purchased this to replace my gaming mouse. I mainly use it for tasks and photo editing. No need to raise your wrist and move the mouse around.

This is my 5th m570 I am a heavy computer user and also travel with these and they have held up rather well for being thrown into backpacks and laptop cases.

This mouse has a thumb ball plus button to move forward and or back without having to take my hand off of it. Nice handset. Also works on PC's.

Distractible as great response and allows me to do my work out having to have a large desk because triples don't move like mice just ball moves it's the station .

I had this mouse but with a usb cable back in the mid-1990s and it was always a favorite. Once wireless came along, I purchased this mouse in wireless. The most comfortable and easy-to-use mouse ever! I was thrilled to see them displayed on Best Buy shelves and snapped one up as soon as I saw them. Since, I have purchased another one for a good friend.

This is my 2nd Logitech Trackball. I use it to control my Windows Media Center TV from my couch. So much easier to use than any other devices.

I love this mouse, in fact, it is about the 10th one I have owned (of this mouse, no exaggeration). Normally, I get about 7 months usage out of it, and then I need a new mouse, and I always run out and buy it again... This time, however, I only got 2 1/2 weeks. The sensor stopped working, making the mouse go berserk and the wheel and main mouse button wouldn't respond no matter what I did. I think it's time to look for a better product, which sucks, because I have used this exact mouse for almost 6 years now, so I have grown accustomed to it, lol.

I bought this mouse for work purposes but find myself using it all the time. I cant live without this now that I have it. It stays in place well and the trackball glides with no effort. I have not had an issue with it yet. I do recommend this trackball mouse. I did not pay much for it and it works just as good as my more expensive ones if not better.
