If you have limited desk space, or a glass surface or one a mouse will not work on, here is your answer. I've never enjoyed using a mouse, laser or not. With this track-ball you use your thumb and I admit it takes some getting use to but once you do, its excellent. No moving but your finger and thumb. That my opinion on another great device from Logitech.

I've purchased this item more than once now due to it's quality and performance. It's Wireless functionality is great for keeping the work space cleaner. The track ball allows use of the mouse on any surface. And the additional programmable buttons allow you to speed up your work or gaming experience!

The only issue with this mouse is that their is not a left handed version for those of us who use the mouse with the left hand. Was not to hard to adjust to but would be great if there was a way to move the ball to the other side

This was a replacement for my almost 20-year-old Logitech trackball mouse with the red ball. This is bulk in comparison to the shape of my old wired one, but the added buttons, scroll wheel, and wireless access. This is one of my favorite computer accessories.

The mouse is big to hold the whole hand. Do not need to move hand so it can get rest. Price is also reasonable.

Rather than bend over a laptop for hours, I can keep the laptop on a table and recline in my favorite chair to browse the web or watch a video

I bought this mouse for use in my laptop. This is my second time buying one. The first lasted 3 years with multiple falls from varying heights. Finally had one fall too many and it lost some of its responsiveness. The battery life on this is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Once you get use to the track ball you'll love it. Put it on your desk, lap or ? You do not have to move the mouse around the desk to make it work, just use your thumb. No cords to deal with. Have been using this brand and type of mouse for over ten years without problems. Batteries last a long time.

I have wrist pain from my desk job, and this mouse has greatly alleviated that pain. Definitely glad I bought this. Not 5 stars because it feels a little cheap in my hand and the roller ball sticks sometimes.

Logitech-M570 wireless trackball mouse is one great mouse. So easy to use, everything is right at your finger tips. What I like about it is that the mouse stays in one place, no more moving the mouse all around a pad. All the controls are so smooth. The way it made, it should last me forever.

Love the M570. Wrist fatigue is gone from standard style mouse and the quick responsiveness is a great improvement. Going though contracts or large documents, put it on reader/scroll mode and let it go. Great device and can definitely improve your productivity.

This M570 is my second unit...i wore out the first one. The controls are even smoother and react faster than the original. The ONLY improvement that I would recommend is to create a rechargeable feature...however, the battery will last for over 12 months even if you don't turn the switch....awesome.

this was my 1st trackball mouse and for the first week I wanted to go back to my old mouse. Pinpointing the cursor, copying in straight lines all seemed frustrating. I stuck it out and now I love it. Customizable setting, its moves great between multiple screens.. and comfy

I think I own 4 of these. Easier to use and more convenient than a traditional mouse. Be careful when popping the trackball out to clean the contacts (as you should do on a regular basis). They always roll away under the nearest bookcase.

I always use a mouse when I am on the computer. I have had many different types over the years and this one is the best. No more having to move the mouse all over the place, you just roll the blue ball in the direction you need. Great product!

I have been using Logitech products for MANY YEARS! I absolutely love their Trackball products. I love that I don't have to move my whole arm around my desk to move the cursor where I want it. The ball rolls easily and it's just second nature, using it. I highly recommend Trackball.

This is probably my 4 one of these over the years and love it. I use it both at home and work. It is very comfortable to use.

excellent input device, sensitive, accurate very ergonomic. Long battery life

This is the only pointing device that doesn't bother my wrist/hand throughout my workday. It's easy to use and perfect size for my hand. The only issue is durability. When these go on sale I usually buy 2, because on average these only last around 2 years until the dreaded double-clicking problem starts (I'm currently on my 5th; one lasted less than a year but another lasted almost 3 years).
