I really like this product because it remains stationary on my desk, amongst my homework and books, as I use it.

I prefer a trackball. This wireless one is very good on battery usage. I don't think I've changed the battery in over a year (nort constantly in use though, so take it for what it's worth). It's also very convenient to user with my laptop.

I'm used to using wireless mouses that have a sensor on the bottom, so this took a little while to get used to. Over time I gradually got used to it, especially since there isn't much room on my desk to move the mouse around. All I have to do is move my thumb to move the cursor around the screen.

I switched from a Mac and couldn’t get used to the track pad on the dell or the normal PC mouse. This was the next best thing. I like that I can sit in bed and work in other tight place with this too. Batteries last. Haven’t had to change them yet.

The M570 Wireless Trackball Mouse has been my number one choice for several years. I use it for my desktop and two laptops (own three, one for each computer). The thumb ball control is not hard to get used to, and the mouse is stationary so can be set on just about any surface.

I’ve had this for 1 year now. It makes a big difference vs a traditional mouse. Currently use for my home office. Ordering an additional one to take with me to work since we are are now hybrid.

I prefer this model to the more expensive Ergo. I like the AA battery, rather than a rechargeable.

This mouse is great! Got it for my fiance and it really helps with ergonomics. Since he's an audio engineer, he's constantly on his laptop, normally, his fingers would cramp. Now he can comfortably, rest his hands on this mouse and use the ball to scroll around. I'm going to buy one for myself next.

Great mouse for laptop gaming, or any laptop use. No need for mousepad or flat surface. I wish it was available in a wired version; I would rather not buy batteries, and I am right *here* - why wireless only? Anyhoo, it is very convenient and easy on the hand (mine has been rebuilt twice - the hand, not the mouse) once you get used to it. It came naturally to me, but when I showed it to a friend, they didn't adjust nearly as well - your mileage may vary in that regard.

I am using a trackball mouse for the first time, but I bought this so I could use a mouse while sitting on a sofa with my laptop. no need for movement of mouse. I'm still gaining the dexterity to use this mouse well, but all in time. My hardest task is highlighting a URL to copy and paste.

While Logitech has not done anything to improve upon its long surviving trackball, it is reliable and comfortable.

Like the roller ball. It's better for my carpel tunnel problem and didn't take long to get use to. The only challenge is after about a week it started to squeak a bit. I still like it though.

I've been using this thumb trackball mouse since they first introduced its predecessor because it takes up less desk real estate and is far more comfortable to use for extended periods than any traditional mouse I've yet seen or tried.

    Use Trackball to Relieve Tendonitis

I was specifically looking for a trackball mouse to relieve tendonitis in my elbow. Normal mice use an unnatural hand position that stresses the main tendon in the arm. The trackball mouse allows your hand to assume a more natural position, with thumb oriented upwards. Frankly, I think I have more control using my thumb to control the cursor than my whole hand. The trackball mouse is wireless, and appears to have good performance.
