    Love the feel and size but the scroll functions leave alot to be desired. Cannot seem to get the scroll even with the added button to scroll in excel like I want. Scrolls too much even with adjusting the settings. It also does not allow me to use the wheel to scroll left/right like most of them do. Great mouse for general use but just not for me.

    i have used logitech mice and keyboards for years and i'm always happy with their products. this mouse seems a tad bit slower to respond (using it on the sofa, coffee table, dining table etc.) than the M510 and the MX, probably needs a bit of tweaking with the settings simply. i'd definitely recommend their mice and keyboards.

    The quality of this mouse has been significantly downgraded. The pads on the bottom no longer have a smooth/shiny finish and therefore slides roughly over a normal mousepad. It also feels differently in the hand. The thumb rest is less pronounced and is less comfortable. The universal receiver no longer works with my older logitech products. The M705 Marathon mouse has been my favorite for many years but I won't buy another one.
