It's a wireless mouse and it works. I love how small the unifying receiver in. I just leave it plugged into my laptop all the time and don't need to worry about removing it when I travel. The mouse itself is a good size and responsive. Battery life is very good and I only need to change a couple times a year.

I used an Logitech MX518 mouse for over 10 years until it started acting up last month. I really liked the way that mouse worked, and especially how it fit in my hand. The M705 was the closes I could find. It fits comfortably in my hand, but wish it was just a little bigger like the older mouse. The cordless feature is nice, and I use the scrolling wheel and side buttons all the time. Logitech has always made good equipment and that is why I stay with their brand.

Good quality - as you'd expect from a Logitech product. The mouse is on the smaller side though, so if you have bigger hands, try it first. My MX master is more convenient for me, but it's OK, I wanted something small, so my wife can use it too :) Right hand only!!! The location of the buttons is OK. ProTip - there is an additional button on the thumb rest - marked with a small white strip. I didn't realize that for couple of days...

replaced my old mouse with this amazing, easy moving mouse. within few days, i'm so used to. sometime its annoying, batteries inside shake and feels heavy.

Super comfortable to use and responsive. Definitely made for right-handed use only however. The button on top is to change the middle wheel from incremental clicks to free-spinning just so you’re aware

I really like Logitech wireless mouses and this model is yet another winner. It's laser tracks perfectly over any surface I've tried it on short of clear glass. The transceiver is small but sensitive so positioning is not an issue -- any USB port in a storm as it were. The shape fits my (above average sized) hand well. It has all the controls I need and then some, for normal office use. This model is best for a desktop computer -- would be better to buy a smaller model for laptop use.

I got this mouse because of Logitech's claimed 3-year battery life AND because it's one of the few mice left that has a hyper-scroll wheel.

I liked this mouse right after I bought it. Then I noticed the little line near the bottom of my thumb. I pressed it and nothing happened, so I installed the drivers. After the drivers were installed, the mouse tracked beautifully, scrolling was a dream, and the "hidden button" I found was enabled. I set my middle click back to default, and set the thumb button to "Show all Windows" which is a hidden Windows feature only available for wireless devices. In short, this mouse ended up better than expected.

This mouse is easy to use and has the nice scrolling roller. My only complaint is that it is a little small for my hand.

Its okay for the price point but I expected a little more functionality. It definitely is a solid replacement for my mouse at work which was tremendously uncomfortable.

Basic wireless mouse with excellent battery life. Small enough to through in my backpack and call it a day.

Very impressive battery life. Small USB transmitter that does not get in the way. If you have other wireless logitech products the single transmitter can connect up to 6 devices I believe. As for the mouse it works great with PCs. For Macs you have to fiddle with the mouse tracking settings as well as download Logitech Control Center. All in all a good purchase, but bought it for $23 with shipping. If you have to pay over $30 I would compare it to other models first.

Need to replace a mouse for my laptop and wanted to switch from a wired mouse to a wireless. Have used these before and they have worked great. Like the forward and back buttons. Would buy again.

I purchased this to replace an older corded Ligitech mouse. It has good battery life and excellent performance. It paired easily with the Logitech unifying remote for my K800 wireless keyboard. You will need to access documentation and setup apps from the Logitech webiste. I use this mouse for light gaming, web brousing, photo editing and office suite apps. Overall I am so pleased that I bought a second.

My husband was having problems with the original mouse that came with our computer. So off to Best Buy we went and got the Logitech-Marathon Mouse M705 Wireless Laser Mouse. I had looked on line regarding the specs on this one, and found out that most people gave it a good rating. So far so good, he has NO complaints about the new mouse. I like the fact that you can shut it off and you don't need a mouse pad for it to work. All around a great product.

Liked the sensitivity and easy scrolling. Moreover it has reback and forward buttons

I picked up the Logitech Marathon M705 Mouse to replace my old 500 series that quit working. The fit to the hand is great. It puts your hand in a comfortable position to access all the buttons. The scroll wheel is very smooth and works great for moving through pages quickly. Being a unified mouse makes it work quickly and effortlessly with the unified Logitech keyboards and other items. The laser tracking is very fast and every bit as good as my $100 gaming mouse.
