This is the second mouse that I have purchased I actually purchased it for a coworker. It doesn't kill the battery even it is left on for months.

The mouse buttons on the wireless version also don't feel as good. The mouse size is right - I was looking for something a little bigger. The mouse works - just doesn't feel as good as I expected.

My only gripe is that the back/forward thumb buttons are a tad small and I wouldn’t mind if the wheel wasn’t as loud as I use this in a near silent office.

Best Buy replaced it with no problem. Love the free wheel on this one because I spend a lot of time on large spreadsheets. It can scroll through 20K lines in just seconds.

I have a medium hand size and it fits it well, definitely comfortable. Removable batteries is my preference since you don't have to worry about a charge station and they last many months.
