Great wireless mouse with choice of click or smooth mousewheel scrolling with handy push-button selection. Smooth scrolling allows user to "spin" mouse wheel to move rapidly up or down. With slow scrolling, movement is very precise, with no "jumps". Right-hand only sculpted body with two programmable thumb-click switches.

I have around a dozen mice between work, gaming, tech lab, home office, and 3 of them are this one. This is the most affordable and comfortable mouse I use for day-to-day work. I leave one at the office, one at our home desk, and one for my travel bag.

Logitech mouse works great, smooth operating , would recommend it

Originally I purchased a set: keyboard and mouse. Both of them worked perfect for couple of years using a single USB stick. Few month ago (after about 5 years of usage) I started notice that when I hold left button down and trying to select area the selection is dropped and new selection starts right where the previous one ended. The problem became worse. Sometimes my clicks were translated as double clicks. It became very annoying and I could not use this mouse any longer. I searched the web and it appears that it is common problem with this mouse. Folks suggested to re-solder buttons connectors. I did that and it did not help. I bought another mouse the same as this one. It came with its own USB stick. When I removed old USB stick and put this one my keyboard stopped working and vise versa: the new mouse does not work with old keyboard's USB stick. So what... I have both USB stick plugged in and my old keyboard and new mouse work perfect. The USB stick issue is not really an issue. This is done on purpose to make sure multiple people can use the same devices when work close to each other. If this mouse will start to give me the same head ache in a few years I will get another one. I just love the design, but it would be nice of course if Logitech would address this common issue.

I like this house for a few reasons. The tracking is very smooth even without a mouse pad. It's got enough buttons to be useful while gaming but not to be too huge. Its got a good heft to it which makes it feel nice while gaming as well. Plus I love the abiliity to lock and unlock the scroll wheel!

Very comfortable for my large hands, speed is very fast, turned it down.

Purchased the Logitech Marathon mouse to take with me when I have to work away from my docking station and so far it meets all my expectations. It's decently sized for those with larger hands and can operate on 1 or 2 AA batteries. 2 batteries allows for a purported 3 years of usage and also gives the mouse a nice weightiness.

Great full size mouse with some extra buttons functions. There is the forward and back button and an extra (integrated) button at the bottom of the thumb rest. My only minor issue is that when rolling forward, it will sometimes roll a few lines backward after I stop. I haven't figured out yet if it the mouse or the mouse drive.

I see you have camera up there now and that was great for a beginner. I don't have one up there now because I would not know how to get the other person. I would love to but I am the only one in this house that can do what little I know how. The microsoft mouse wireless is great that she brought home for me because the other one just went where it felt like going. Don't even remember the name and she through away all the paper work and the chip away so I could get my money back so I had to pay for the new mouse but it was worth it. just have to be careful not to touch the right click on it when working. Have to get use to it. Had one just like this a long time ago and I loved it then. Just an old lady trying to learn. I don't even know how to put a pic on Facebook. I am disabled so can't get out too much. 68 yrs young.

Wonderful mouse, quality feel, fantastic price, does what its supposed to do with finesse! Truly has a well constructed quality feel to it, we feel unmatched in this price range and even higher.

I play world of Warcraft with my computer as well as some other games and searching online for different things and this mouse does what I needed to do but I'm sure there are probably better mouses out there for gaming but if you want something simple I recommend this

Great mouse, great value. This thing is super sensitive! The scrolling wheel is especially awesome. I use this mouse for video editing and I needed a way to scroll left and right on the time line without a click and drag situation. The scrolling wheel not only goes forward and backward, but can be tapped to the left and right. That really helps when editing! And, there's a button that switches the scrolling wheel from free spin to a notched spin. This is super helpful, too! The only downside is that it is not bluetooth, so I have to plug in the usb adapter into my laptop every time I get to the coffee shop. But, that's a super quick fix. And, underneath the mouse with the batteries, is a small slot where the usb adapter can be stored so there's no risk of losing it. Great mouse. Great price.

Very good product. The price is slightly high but very recommended for ergonomic purposes.

This is probably a very solid product, but it wasn't compatible with my MacBook Pro. I had to exchange this for an Apple keyboard.

Laser technology This mouse uses a laser to detect movement with accuracy across a variety of surface types, including glass. Because of the above statement in the Best Buy description I bought two of these (one for myself and one for my wife), they work great on any and every surface we had tried. Scroll wheel Supports click-to-click scrolling, so you can quickly navigate lists, slides, images and more. This is another great feature of this mouse. Best mouse I have owned in more than 25 years.

Easy install, easy to use, comfortable ergonomics, affordable price, works great!

On this purchase, I fell into the trap that so many of us have... There are 2 versions of the Logitech M705 mouse and I bought the one that lacked a feature that I like to use. Before you purchase this mouse check on the thumb side of the unit for a symbol representing the thumb rest button which is controllable by the Logitech software. It's located below the fwd/back buttons on the side of the mouse. As a gamer I usually use my MX 1100 but for those with smaller hands or when you just want a different feel, the M705 is a nice inexpensive alternative, except now they're being produced without the thumb rest button which I program with a game function. Why couldn't Logitech call this version M705-2 or something so you'd know what you're getting? Anyway, I can only give it 3.5 stars.
