It still functioned--but in a sloppy sort of way. I was glad to see they're still being sold so my natural inclination was to purchase another one. It works just as well as my previous mouse. Did have one problem: When paring it with my computer the mouse worked quite well, but on my Logitech wireless keyboard, I couldn't get it to operate--it was either the mouse or the keyboard. A call to Logitech customer support had me up and running in about 10 minutes. The next time I'm needing a computer mouse, it'll definitely be the M706 again.

The only criticism I have is its useful life, which was only about 18 months.. It begins to cause problems with browsing as it goes bad, causing a lot of problems that I'll recognize next time it happens.
