Panic Mode, as I had an online meeting within the next two hours. Best Buy had a replacement in stock, drive up "window" and within 20 minutes I was back online Fast and efficient service, thank you Tenbears

Posted .Sounds like the M720 Triathlon quietly did its job without causing any drama. Just how a good mouse should be! With its multi-device switching and long battery life, it’s built to be a reliable workhorse. Glad it left no bad memories!

So far, this mouse has been great. It has a nice solid feel, good weight, and the shape fits right into my hand. It took a few minutes to get it to connect and set up the first time, but no issues since!

The connectivity is amazing between all my devices laptops, and iPad. Also, I‘m so impressed the way that you move it on any type of surface without a mouse pad it’s so cool. Totally recommend it.
