I've had this mouse for a year now and it's my favorite Logitech mouse so far. It has all the functions and gestures I need for my Mac, and I use pretty much all the gestures, from switching spaces to app exposé. My only complaint is that horizontal scroll is not as comfortable when coding as a trackpad, but that applies to all mice except the ones with gesture based scrolling instead of scroll wheels, which have their own drawbacks. Overall, a great mouse.

A great comfortable mouse. I have yet to take advantage of the 3 mode operation though, bluetoothing to other devices.

I need this device because I have 3 computers and wanted to reduce clutter and reduced the effort to keep searching for the right mouse. It did take a while to figure out how to set it up, but the software to manage it was needed to be download & helped to get it connected to the computers. I do find that the mouse sometime switches between computers on it's own. It then becomes difficult to get it stay back to the right computer. I haven't checked with Logitech tech support yet to see if this is an issue or broken product.
