I really wanted to like this M720 mouse. It is more comfortable to hold than the Logitech M585 (which I also own), and it allows me to toggle between 3 devices (the M585 only toggles between 2 devices). But, the folks at Logitech messed up in the "user experience" department. For example, with the M585 mouse, no matter which device I am connected to, the toggle button will ALWAYS connect me to the other device. But, with the M720 mouse, clicking the toggle button once merely displays the light indicator to let me know which device I am connected to. I have to click the toggle button AGAIN to get connected to the 2nd device, then click it again to get connected to the 3rd device. So, it is two clicks to switch from device #1 to device #2, and it is three clicks to switch from device #1 to device #3. Got it. No problem. I can remember that. But, if I took too long to toggle all the way, then the 3rd click merely displays the indicator light again, and thus requires a 4th click to switch from device #1 to device #3. If the engineers at Logitech could just make the mouse immediately connect to the next device without first needing to display which device I am currently connected to, then this M720 would be my absolute favorite mouse.

Has a button on he side that makes my screens wig out. I use this mouse for work and all I really needed was a two button and wheel mouse. This is a bit more then that.

I have a MacBook Pro. I could not get the Bluetooth to work at all. The dongle worked, but in an extremely jerky manner. There was always a lag and then rapid movement. Then nothing. Then a lag. Then rapid, jerky movement. Impossible to use to edit text. Complete waste of money. I bought the wired version and it works great.

Initially worked fine and was very slow in response after couple of days. Returned and exchanged to new model

The Bluetooth lags and does not always register my movements. The scroll wheel also lags. This is the first Logitech product that I have not loved but it is ok.

It just has a lot of nuances you have to learn that make it hard to work with. Ive had it for a couple of weeks and there's just too much going on with it.

Wasn’t really what I expect but for the price and the grip it’s worth it

recently cannot turn it off because it lost the settings. when turn it on every time I click the left bottom the task windows appear.

Returned them and bought a razor. Quality was very poor. Tracking was okay, but the scroll wheel on the one I bought was extremely loose, and didn't work most of the time.

I bought the mouse for the size more than the features. It was uncomfortable and too jerky.

Waiting for a long time for a mouse able to work on more than 2 devices at the same time, using apps with connectivity delay, etc. Finally Logitech made it.

It is not working well on my 2016 MacBook Pro or 2021 MacBook Pro. Randomly skipping cursor when using. Since it's not 100% reproducable I can't do warranty stuff. On Windows it is working. On Mac, I tried both radio and bluetooth modes, same result. Don't buy it if you have Mac

Scroll wheel is occasionally unresponsive to input, had to return it after 1-2 hours of use.

I decided to return this item. It won’t track on my high gloss painted desk.

Good mouse but a little bit too small for me. Recommended for travel use only.

the flow is a nice concept but it does not work smoothly and i found myself swtiching back to the marathon

Great mouse speed. The tutorial when first plugged into my laptop was extremely helpful and I was able to customize with no problem.

two stars only because the functionality is excellent. just over a year now and the left button is going bad especially when using drag. The selection would break and I would end up dragging or selecting something else entirely. this is getting annoying day by day.

if you move the mouse too fast it will spin the scroll wheel and move your webpage or cursor or affect your video game. the wheel is heavy and can spin for many seconds before stopping, so heavy wheel plus slick bearings means it moves when you move the mouse. i wouldn’t have bought this mouse if i knew this ahead of time

Too large for a my small hand. Wound up giving it to my husband.
