    Was too small for my hand. The wheel was free spinning and I didn't like that. I did return it. But that was a personnel preference.

    Probably should be a 5 star, but the battery saving feature in Windows causes disconnects all the time. I found the fix for it, but it was a pain needing to find the setting!!!!

    Pros: Connected easily and drivers readily available online. Cons: After extensive troubleshooting this mouse still hangs up constantly while using it. While not extremely expensive this mouse is not cheap and I expected a lot more from a Logitech device, which I've always had good luck with before. I would not recommend this mouse at all. Way to expensive with way too little quality.

      Hi JohnC, So sorry to hear about the connectivity issues you're having with the M720 Triathlon Wireless Mouse. The M720 connects in two ways: using the Unifying receiver or via Bluetooth. If you're using the Unifying receiver and you have it connected to a docking station or USB hub, that could be why you're connection is spotty. Try connecting directly to your computer and use a USB 2.0 port. For more troubleshooting FAQs, here's a link to the product support page that you may find useful.
