    this is my 3rd purchase of this model. Precise long lasting. Note have to click / toggle the fast scroll button on the top to turn off for most precise control and smother scrolling.

    Good mouse but bluetooth disconnects quickly if mouse is not constantly active. If you stop using the mouse for a about 2 secs and then move it again it takes a few seconds for the bluetooth to reconnect. The battery saving timeout should be set to 1-2min of inactivity and not a few seconds.

    A good mouse makes a great difference. Part of what makes a mouse great is subjective: how does it feel for you? This one feels very smooth and natural to me.

    The mouse is great itself. Ergonomic and functional but the quality is not what I expect from it. I got one about a year and a half ago and the left click stopped working properly after about 6 months. It started double/triple clicking, not registering clicks, or more annoyingly releasing the click while you are dragging some files, etc. Then I got another one thinking that I might have had a defected one. Several months later, it started having the same issues. This product is not the old Logitech quality. If you are ok with chaning your mouse, paying $50, and polluting the environment with another broken mouse every year go ahead and buy it - it will definitely make you happy during the time it works properly. Otherwise, I don't recommend it at all until they improve the quality.

      Hello, thank you for sharing your experience with the M720. I'm sorry that the newest one that you purchased did not have the same feel as a previous model. I'm sorry that the left click stopped work as well. The M720 does have a 1 year limited hardware warranty and you can file a claim by visiting: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024921754-Warranty-M720-Triathlon Logitech does have a wide range of mice and the MX Master 3 might be another good option for you. It has similar features as the M720 such as the ergonomic feel as well as the ability to pair with 3 device and uses Bluetooth. I hope you're able to find a solution that works for your situation.     Just what I needed. Smooth and quick transition between devices and love the button shortcuts you can set up. Slightly large for my smaller hands but not really an issue to use.

    I purchased it for my wife and she is very happy about it, the good part she like is the mouse click is not that noisy as compare to her previous Logitech mouse, comfortable and nice design, but I think price is little high

    This was a great product, however, I have very small hands and when I use this it appears ginormous in my hands. So, I have to return this and choose another Logitech mouse.
