It did take a while to figure out how to set it up, but the software to manage it was needed to be download & helped to get it connected to the computers. I do find that the mouse sometime switches between computers on it's own. It then becomes difficult to get it stay back to the right computer. I haven't checked with Logitech tech support yet to see if this is an issue or broken product.
