So if you are using on a company computer without Admin access you're SOL. Was using a logitech G5 wired gaming mouse with built in adjustment. So while gaining a great wireless connected mouse, losing the ability to change how sensitive the mouse movement without additional software keeps this from being a 5 for me.

Most functions are any other decent mouse in the market, but the main selling point for this mouse is the ability to pair to multiple devices and switch between those devices easily. Easy to pair with Windows or Mac without any external Bluetooth receiver provided with the mouse.

The additional buttons on the mouse really help additional OS functions, like swiping forward and back in MacOS Spaces. The mouse itself is really comfortable to grip. The scroll wheel is smooth and precise.

I have a MX3 also and this one does almost everything the MX3 does. Really like the button on the side to change computers, the MX3 is on the bottom so u have to flip it to switch computers. And before anyone says to use Logi options Flow to switch computers...well it doesn't work well.

It feels great in my hand and has several different functions on it. I particularly like the ability to quickly change between fast and slow scrolling. The price of this is great as well!

It is fast and accurate. The customizable buttons are great since you get to choose their functionality. The infinite scrolling features is my favorite when I have to read long paragraphs or have to find something quickly on the web.
