Ok mouse with lousy tech support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this mouse because it offered bluetooth connectivity. It didn't work. When I called tech support, they agreed that it doesn't work, but it was Apple's fault. They went on to complain about changes to the Apple operating system. The company stated they were having trouble with the BY moue functionality and had no fix for the mouse software.

Touchy
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse is good for the most part. Bought for the multiple device feature. This mouse is very sensitive, it will move the page sometimes when you don't want it to move.

Its OK for price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse has been good, except I cannot connect via Bluetooth on any of my Mac devices. I have to use the USB Dongle to connect. But once connected it is very stable and reliable.

A mouse on the go....
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A simple mouse that seems a bit hard to control. Perhaps I haven't gotten the hang of it, but the scrolling reel seems to have a mind of its own...

Mouse has a mind of its own
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This mouse seems to have a mind of its on. I can let go of the mouse and it continues to scroll on whatever screen I’m on. Does it on MacOS and Windows no matter what the sensitivity settings are. Wouldn’t recommend this mouse.

I am sorry that the M720 is not working as expected. Try downloading the Logitech Options+ app from the Logitech website. This app will keep your product's firmware up-to-date and fix connectivity issues. Logitech appreciates your product review. - Leo from Logitech

It's OK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The design of the mouse takes getting use to. I don't like the wheel on the mouse because of how easily it spins with the slightest touch. It causes you to scroll through the whole page

Not great
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn't always "wake up" when you want it. Have had to restart the computer a few times just to get the mouse to connect. Overall, very unhappy with this item.

Does NOT work with MacBook Pro 2010 w/Sierra 10.12
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Still not working via bluetooth with my MacBook Pro 2010 machine running latest and just prior versions of Sierra OS. Gonna take it back. Got it mainly because one of three USBs have stopped working due to spilled milk and needed at least two USBs for high volume photo work. Apparently Apple and Logitech are bumping heads on trying to get this mouse to work properly with MacBooks still...so sad...great form factor for this big handed guy...

Bad Design Decisions
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like this M720 mouse. It is more comfortable to hold than the Logitech M585 (which I also own), and it allows me to toggle between 3 devices (the M585 only toggles between 2 devices). But, the folks at Logitech messed up in the "user experience" department. For example, with the M585 mouse, no matter which device I am connected to, the toggle button will ALWAYS connect me to the other device. But, with the M720 mouse, clicking the toggle button once merely displays the light indicator to let me know which device I am connected to. I have to click the toggle button AGAIN to get connected to the 2nd device, then click it again to get connected to the 3rd device. So, it is two clicks to switch from device #1 to device #2, and it is three clicks to switch from device #1 to device #3. Got it. No problem. I can remember that. But, if I took too long to toggle all the way, then the 3rd click merely displays the indicator light again, and thus requires a 4th click to switch from device #1 to device #3. If the engineers at Logitech could just make the mouse immediately connect to the next device without first needing to display which device I am currently connected to, then this M720 would be my absolute favorite mouse.

Posted .Hi hellomynameistim, thank you for your feedback! Pair your mouse with 3 computers, then switch seamlessly between them at a touch of the button conveniently positioned under your thumb. The 3 illuminated numbers always let you know to which device you're connected. For support, please refer to: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024154994 - Will, Logitech.

Does not work at all with my MacBook Pro
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a MacBook Pro. I could not get the Bluetooth to work at all. The dongle worked, but in an extremely jerky manner. There was always a lag and then rapid movement. Then nothing. Then a lag. Then rapid, jerky movement. Impossible to use to edit text. Complete waste of money. I bought the wired version and it works great.

Posted .Hey there Wolfie, I'm sorry to hear your M720 wasn't connecting to your MacBook. I would recommend checking to see if your Macbook has any updates that need to be installed, as that can sometimes interfere with other devices being able to connect. In addition, if possible, make sure the USB dongle is fully and properly connected to the computer, and possibly try using a different USB port if you can. Finally, make sure the batteries are fully and properly seated inside the mouse, as this can also cause connectivity issues.

ok but...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has a button on he side that makes my screens wig out. I use this mouse for work and all I really needed was a two button and wheel mouse. This is a bit more then that.

Posted .Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with your M720 mouse. If this problem arises again, I would recommend making sure the USB is inserted fully (or possibly try a new USB port) and insert fresh batteries.

Just OK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bluetooth lags and does not always register my movements. The scroll wheel also lags. This is the first Logitech product that I have not loved but it is ok.
