    The Lag Was Ridiculous.

    This Bluetooth device had such a lag. Not only did you have to move it around for about 10 seconds each time you wanted to use it if you weren't just actively using it that very second, but you wouldn't see your mouse pointer, and you wouldn't notice that you clicked on anything, until about 5 seconds after you had. I returned it after a frustrating 3 weeks of owning it.

Sometimes there are firmware updates that are needed due to the changing nature of operating systems and Logitech is constantly working on updating their products accordingly to help keep them running as they should.     The mouse shuts off when left unmoved momentarily, and it takes longer than practical to start back up. Even when filling out a form online, by the time I am done typing my name, I have to move the mouse back and forth a few times for it to respond. Very annoying.

    I have been using it for 3 months now, and it was just for work-at-home, so it was not at all for a hard game use or anything rough. But now, the scroll roller (I don’t know how to call it) keeps rolling without stopping, and pages keep scrolling however they want. I am really disappointed with this product

      That's unfortunate! Refer the mentioned steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 1. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 2. Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay. 3. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 4. Try on a different computer. Incase if the issue still persists, reach out to Logitech Support Team.

    Was a great mouse and very comfortable until it just stopped working one day. Tried replacing the batteries and everything else I could find on the help website but shows no signs of life.

    I have never had any issues with Logitech products before but this mouse and the keyboard (780) both drop wireless connections on a regular basis.

    Tried to configure with standard written instructions from Logitech for days and just does not do what is advertised. Contacted Logitech several times but apparently they do not do support and got no help but written instructions over and over.

    This is not a seamless experience when you set the mice for Windows and Mac simultaneously. Worst Product to go with.

The Easy-Switch Technology allows you to pair to up to 3 computers, including between PC and Mac devices. After the initial set up, it should be seamless to go between each device.
