    This was returned the camera because it stopped sync! I reached to Mevo support and the suggested to hold power button down for 10sec! That didn’t work! Very disappointed!

      Hello, Vette! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Mevo Start! Along the same lines as support has told you, if the camera is not functioning properly or unresponsive, press and hold the top button for 30 seconds, not ten. Then power it back on. This will hard reboot your camera. Please ensure you hold it for 30 seconds, even after it appears to be powered off. Otherwise, I would recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your device to the Mevo Start. Here is a link to our support page https://help.mevo.com/hc/en-us I know you have already contacted support directly but there are 6 categories underneath the search bar that may be able to help you depending on the specifics of your issue.
