The arrow keys don't respond sometimes

This has nothing to do with the Bluetooth connection because all other keys work pretty well. Only the four arrow keys just won't respond occasionally. I'm going to switch to a mechanic keyboard since I've missed the return date.

Don't buy

Spend a few extra dollars and get something better. The space, enter and tab keys would randomly get stuck. Tried to return it to BestBuy and their return policy is gsrbage as well.

Quality and durability not great

I suggest you try the MX product line if you want the top-of-the-line that will also last longer and provide you with more features such as back light and Bluetooth. Pay a little extra get a better board

Problem is when you hit keys, the numeral or letter doesn't always register. Or, when you want a capital letter, sometimes it doesn't go to upper case. You have to 'hit' the board hard to get it to do what you want.

Because Best Buy refuse to repair or return product, refuse to make anymore further purchases. Will buy from Amazon or EBAY instead. They quarntee their products.

Terrible

I threw the box away and I am unable to find the receipt to return this worthless keyboard. The mouse still works at least. I am looking for a new keyboard. It will not be a Logitech brand.

And I don’t need the portability of wireless. Also this keyboard has the numbers keypad on the side. The keyboard that came with the MAC only had the regular typewriter keyboard.
