Bought a new mouse, The mouse and plug were recycled. Got home and keyboard wouldn't work without the plug. Returned to store to purchase new keyboard and mouse combo. Old keyboard was recycled at the store. Honest mistake regarding plug. Still love Geek Squad.

They're simple, reliable, and cheap. This is a great combination for an office product that you just want to work. The reason I gave it four stars is because the mouse is smaller than desirable for comfort.

But to be fair it does say on the box the mouse size, which I didn’t see until after. That’s my only issue, but 5/5 because it’s not their fault I didn’t read it well.

Plugged the dongle. Playstation recognized instantly. Played call of duty modern warfare 2019. Mouse is super smooth . Enjoyable experience . Came with batteries. Even better.
