Just insert the USB dongle, install the driver software or let Windows do its thing, and you're on your way! The mouse is compact, which fits me fine, but I'm not sure how comfortable it would be to someone with larger hands.

This was the least expensive model which met these criteria.

I wanted something inexpensive with decent range. This combo works well and has held up to the vibration from the treadmill for a couple months so far.
