Unfortunately, when i got it and hooked it up it didnt work. I returned it to my local BB and exchanged it for another of the same. Again, this one doesnt work. Very frustrating that 2 keyboards didnt work. Do not recommend

I hope you will just send me the missing part so that I do not have to return the entire order. The packaging was non-existent, you just shipped the container so I am not surprised it fell out, it's a very small piece.

Posted .Hello, I am so sorry to hear you were not able to find the USB dongle. Sometimes it is hidden in the bottom of the mouse where the battery compartment is for safe keeping. If that does not work, it does come with a 3 year warranty through Logitech so we can get that replaced for you!
