    While the keyboard works just fine, the mouse was non functioning right out of the box. I tried many new batteries, but to no avail. So basically, based on other reviews, to receive half of what you paid for.

    Upon opening the keyboard and mouse, the USB key needed to make the mouse/keyboard work was NOT in the mouse where it's supposed to be therefore I cannot use either of the items. I will be exchanging the items tomorrow.

      Hello, the USB receiver is not always in the mouse. It is actually in the cardboard piece that holds the keyboard in place inside the box. Its a long cardboard piece. I hope this helps! Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate all the feedback.

    the key board seems to go into a sleep mode and is unresponsive half the time. you have to wait and/or pound on the keys to my it activate again. Its more of a hassle than the price is worth. I should have not purchased the cheapest model, it is definitely not worth it.

    I put in new batteries and it still doesn't work' And the last time I made a purchase from Best Buy, the manager told me no returns. I must have forgotten, otherwise I wouldn't have taken a chance on buying ANYTHING from this store.

    incomplete keyboard. Can’t return/Quarantine

    When I opened the box to use the keyboard, the usb stick was missing , I looked for it inside the box and inside the mouse over and over without success. I hope Best Buy will replace it when the quarantine is over.

You mentioned the packaging and mouse, but I want to make sure you checked in the battery compartment of the keyboard as well, some models house the USB receiver there instead of the mouse.     Mouse works fine but keyboard locks up. I have tried changing batteries and it still just stops working you have to shut it off and back on. Will have to return.

    Lasted three months, the keyboard works fine but the wheel from the mouse works sometimes. I'm stuck with the keyboard now. no more Logitech for me.

    Not good. Takes several seconds for keyboard to wake up. And, the mouse skips badly. Would not recommend and will never purchase again. Horrible product

    It didn't work. Logitech does not box their items very well and the wireless plug was damages. The keyboard worked sometimes. Very disappointed.

    The space bar doesn't work unless you press really hard on it. I plan on returning it as I am not happy with it. Guess you get what you pay for. Not recommending. Gonna try a different brand.

    Mouse is fine, keyboard drops keystrokes as soon as you're more than 1m (3ft) away. Check reviews at other retailers, they are far less positive and descibed how bad the keyboard is.

    The hookup and pairing was easy, but despite my best efforts, I was plagued with repeating letters. 'Help' came out 'hellllllllp'. And it wasn't always the same letter. I couldn't see a pattern. I returned it.

    NOT useful if you are using multiple monitors. The range on the receiver is ridiculously short. Constantly have to move the mouse and keyboard closer to the receiver for it to work smoothly. Product feels cheap.

    Even used right next to the computer the wireless connection fades in and out. Stopped using it after a week or so and went back to the corded keyboard that came with new computer

      If your keyboard is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the keyboard and the USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your keyboard. Make sure your keyboard is turned on. Make sure the USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint Mouse and Keyboard Software.
