Not very responsive

Broke after 6 months

Low priced, but low quality

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry you are having issues with your keyboard. Here are possible solutions:
Before you clean your device: Unplug it from your computer and make sure it’s turned off. Remove the batteries. Keep liquids away from your device, and don’t use solvents or abrasives. Use compressed air to remove any loose debris and dust between the keys. To clean the keys, use water to lightly moisten a soft, lint-free cloth and gently wipe down the keys. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website.

Lagging in response

Posted .Hello Uncle Ben. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the MK270 combo. I'm sorry to hear that you're having delay issues with both the keyboard and mouse. If you have the USB receiver plugged into a USB hub, can you try plugging it straight into the computer and see if that helps with the delay? Also, if you're using it with a desktop computer and the tower is on the floor, try using an extender to bring the USB closer to the desktop... Sometimes when the signal has to go through a desk, the signal can get interfered with, especially if there is a lot of other wireless devices around.

Did not get my full order

A bit flimsy

Dead after short time use!

Signal does not reach far enough

Posted .Hi Taxguy, Very sorry to hear about the disappointment you're having with the MK270 Wireless Keyboard and it's wireless range. The range is up to 10-meters depending on the environmental and computing conditions. Other sources that use Radio Frequencies could also cause interference like Wireless Speakers, Computer power supplies, Monitors, Cell Phones, and Garage door openers. Also, if you have the keyboard on metal surfaces or if you have the USB receiver plugged into a USB Hub or other unsupported device such as a KVM switch, these can cause interruputions. A common mistake that happens with the MK270, is that people aren't aware that the USB receiver is in a slot inside the package. Not inside the mouse or keyboard. Often times, it is accidently thrown away or accidently dropped and not aware of it. We appreciate the feedback. If you can return and exchange it, please do.
