Posted .Very sorry to hear about the issue you had with the MK270 missing it's nano receiver. Hopefully you were able to exchange it and get one that has the receiver with it. In the future, if you happen to lose or misplace the receiver, you can always order it at Logitech's product support website. There may have been some steps in the setup that you might have missed like plugging in the USB receiver to a different USB port, switching on the keyboard and mouse, etc. If you do decide to choose another Logitech combo mouse and keyboard, I suggest going to the product page for the device to help with troubleshooting and setup. Did you try to exchange it for another unit? Also, if you're using the keyboard and mouse with a desktop tower that is on the floor, try using an extension to bring the USB receiver to the desktop.
