I am filing a complaint with Best Buy for the property damage and requesting replacement of the furniture damage. He did not clean up after himself and left drywall dust on the floor. He would not this person in my home again.

Either wait for a few seconds or power the keyboard off and on. The price is good enough to put up with that minor glitch for now.
